My goal is to provide quality Mental Health support and encourage the search for self-knowledge in a non-judgmental, empathic and patient centred approach and to teach patients to prioritise their mental health, understanding that therapy is not only for when you have an active problem or diagnosis and remove any previous bias on seeking psychological help.
Giulia is a Highly Specialist Counselling Psychologist, HCPC registered with a postgraduate in Neuroscience, practicing psychotherapy with patients coming from a wide range or backgrounds and presenting with a vast range of diverse issues.
She has experience working in both Private Practice as well as in the NHS. She currently works in the Central London Community Healthcare NHS trust in the Autism Diagnostic Service. She also has specialisations in Talking Therapies, Counselling, Early Childhood Development and Autism.
Giulia is trained in (ADI) Autism Diagnostic Interview and (ADOS) Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule and ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) and is qualified to provide a full Autism Assessment for Adults.
She works with both in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) models.
Giulia has more than 10 years’ experience and is passionate about working with Mental Health and being able to provide a better quality of life for children and adults through psychoeducation.
